...post tonight.
It was getting late and I figured I would be tired when I got back to my room, but I'm wide awake!
So, today I woke up with a really bad sore throat :( And I was wet because rain was coming in my window all morning :( I left later than I wanted to and braved the rain as I walked to the Victory Center on University Ave. I got there at 11am and started calls. During the time I was there, I helped sort literature and met some cool people, all older than myself. I met three really cool older women, Cynthia, Linda, and Cathy. They were funny and I enjoyed their company. They complimented my newsprint nails and my alligator ring. I helped them learn to use the SmartSurvey phones. All in all, I was there for a total of 8 hours and earned 14 just today. That's 16 for the week. :) I really enjoy the company of the people there and I'm starting to feel more comfortable everyday.
Eventually, I got a ride to the Lair where I had Burger King and nachos and watched movies I had already seen. On the way to Burger King, though, this cute guy from Open Mic stopped to compliment me. I wish I knew his name! Stupid me. I have a habit of cutting conversations short when there is no reason to. :/
Well, I enjoyed the night air for a while. I'm going to play iSketch with my daddy. Talk to y'all later!
